Our Board of Directors is made up of nine directors, each representing a Director District and serving a three-year term. Three Director Districts are up for election at each Annual Meeting of Members. At this year’s Annual Meeting on June 12, 2023, members at large will vote for representation in Districts 3, 7 & 8.

Seeking re-election are incumbents Michael Patrick, District 7 and Warren Goetsch, District 8.

District 3 is an open seat; current Director Jodine Tate will not seek re-election. 

District 3 serves the Arenzville, Beardstown, Jacksonville, Virginia areas.
District 7 serves the Lincoln, Mason City, Middletown, New Holland areas.
District 8 serves the Athens, Elkhart, Sherman, Williamsville areas.
