These services are available to all residents within the state of Illinois along with the cooperatives members. Services offered include:

  • 4.9 cents per minute for all out-of-state calls
  • Personal (toll free) 800 numbers available at these same low rates
  • Economical international rates
  • No sign up fees
  • No codes to dial
  • $2.99 monthly fee residential
  • No monthly minimums
  • No minimum term agreement
  • 12.9 cents per minute for all calling cards with no per call surcharge
  • 6 second billing increments
  • Same low rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
