Credit Card Application

For our members convenience Menard Electric Cooperative accepts payment for electric account and other invoiced amounts by VISA or MasterCard. The fee for this service is $3.00 per transaction for bills up to $200, and 3% of the billed amount for bills over $200.

There are three ways to pay with your credit card:

1. You may come into the office to make your transaction.
2. You may call the cooperative at 1-800-872-1203 and give your credit card number and expiration date of the card.
3. You may fill out and mail in this authorization form and we will charge your credit card as you like, either every month or just one time.
